  • Erect log walls and gable ends
  • Attach 2''x10'' top wall plate

  • Install window and door trim (exterior)

  • Build roof structure (2''x10'' or 2''x12'')
  • Install roof sheathing with 15 lb. felt paper
  • Install metal roofing
  • Build overhangs
  • Install soffit material and soffit vents
  • Install fascia and rake boards
  • Frame interior walls
  • Construct porches (floors, rails and roof)

Conestoga Log Cabins will complete the exterior of the structure excluding staining or treating the logs. The interior will be framed and ready for the mechanicals. From this point, the owner assumes hiring contractors to complete the remaining interior details of the structure.
